The Tower Bar (West Hollywood)
Celebrate Christmas old Hollywood style with dinner at the Iconic Sunset Tower Hotel. The prix-fixe menu is $175 for adults and $65 for children and includes classics like Deviled Eggs a la Russe, Rack of Lamb, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. SHOR Bazaar (Hawaiian Gardens)
Enjoy a Desi spin on traditional Chinese dishes at SHOR Bazaar from Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Chef Imran Mookhi. Menu-musts include the Chili Garlic Shrimp with Rice and the Szechuan Chicken Fried Rice “Indo-Chinese” Stir Fry. Everything is less than $25, too, making this for a Christmas where you can afford all the trimmings.
The zero-proof bar program is led by Mixologist Ahmad Hosseini, who’s crafted a collection of items like the Seedlip Spice and an EggNot with oat milk, date syrup, and cinnamon powder.

Cut (Beverly Hills)
Make it a meal to remember at Michelin-recommended CUT Beverly Hills, located at the iconic Beverly Willshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. The Wolfgang Puck restaurant is expertly led by Executive Chef Drew Rosenberg, who has crafted a prix-fixe to delight young and old.
The menu includes options like a Burrata and Beet Salad or Japanese Scallop Carpaccio to start before diving into a 35-Day Dry-aged Ribeye or Pan-Roasted Dover Sole, among other dishes. This immersive pop-up bar features photo ops, tons of Christmas decorations, and, of course, festive beverages. Timed tickets begin at $24 but do not include the spirits needed to have you singing karaoke on top of a jumbo Christmas ornament.

The Maybourne (Beverly Hills)
Enjoy Christmas Day in the most opulent way when you choose to brunch at The Terrace at The Maybourne Hotel in Beverly Hills. While the hotel is also offering a Christmas Eve/Day Dinner, it’s brunch where you can enjoy the best of the restaurant at a slightly lower price-point from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 25th.
Guests can expect a 5-course Prix-Fixe with items like Celery Root Bisque to start, a “Smorgasbord” for the table with Lamb Tataki and Shrimp, and an array of entrees like Heritage Turkey Pot Pie before digging into dessert. The price is $195 for adults and $65 for kids.

Tito’s Tacos (Culver City)
The only thing better than a Tito’s Taco – is a Tito’s Tamale! Turns out the beloved 1959 Mexican restaurant also does made from scratch Tamales. Enjoy flavors like Cilantro Grilled Chicken with Anaheim green chiles or Veggie Tamales in homemade masa husks. Best of all, they deliver, and you can order by the single or the dozen. They are priced at about $8 apiece.

Huckleberry (Santa Monica)
Huckleberry has your whole holiday covered with catering items for both Christmas Morning and Hanukkah Dinner. For the AM, you’ll get a Farmers Market Quiche ($75), Coffee Cake ($30), and even Monkey Bread ($35).
Holiday dinner items include everything from Matzoh Ball Soup ($30) to Creekstone Farms Brisket ($90).

There’s nothing better than a taste of the season for less than $6. Holiday flavors from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf include the Peppermint Dark Chocolate Cream Cold Brew, the White Chocolate Winter Dream Tea®Latte, and a Gingerbread Cookie Latte.
I love this chain because they source their tea from small-batch, localized farmers, and everything is done with intention.

JRDN (San Diego)
JRDN restaurant in the TOWER23 hotel offers one of the hottest beachfront restaurants in town, and they’ve got a new chef to debut just in time for the holidays. The 3-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Jerry Ranson includes options like a Seafood Chowder to start, Prime Rib or Seared Scallops among the Main choices, sides like Charred Broccolini and Roasted Baby Carrots, and Frozen Cocoa or a Snowman for Dessert. Prices range from $69 to $89, depending on what you choose as your entrée.
