4th of July Takeout that goes way beyond BBQ

4th of July takeout is all about fireworks and BBQ – but given our lack of celebration last year it’s time to turn things up a notch with some to-go orders that you’ll be talking about past Labor Day.

Fried Chicken & Caviar – Vespertine

This is either pure genius or we are all being made fun of for falling for a combination of the lowest and highest art form in cuisine: Fried Chicken topped with Caviar. The 4th of July takeout from Vespertine by Chef Jordan Kahn includes 10 pieces of Organic, Free Range Chicken rubbed with fresh herbs and fried in buttermilk and black tea. It’s served with Kaluga Queen Caviar, crème fraîche, flowering chives, and bread and butter pickles. You can also choose to add on additional Sweet Corn Hushpuppies, White Lily Biscuits, Platters, and Dessert.

Cost and Order Info: $125 before add-ons and meant to feed a family of 4. Order on Tock before it sells out! Pickup is July 3rd or 4th.
