With a name like Food Love LA, you know it’s made with heart. Originally a small business responsible for supplying fresh lunches to school children, they’ve done the coronavirus shuffle that so many have been forced to do, and are now making fantastic and fresh family-style meals for all.

The Passover Dinner Package includes a choice of Salad like an Israeli Cucumber; a choice of Soup like Roasted Butternut Squash; a Vegetable side such as a Sweet Potato Kuegel; Main dishes such as a Chardonnay Braised Beef Brisket & Root Vegetable Puree; and Assorted Macaroons for dessert.

The meal is available for pick-up and delivery ($8 average) on April 7th and 8th and feeds 4-6 people ($175). All orders include a box of Matzo; and Sedar Plate Items are just an additional $24.95. Orders must be placed by Monday, April 7th and can be made here.

Also worth noting, the owners have set up a Covid-19 donation program that delivers 100 meals a week funded by their own small business!

SLAB (Mid-City)

Trust the best in BBQ with your Brisket! The SLAB Passover Menu includes Matzo Ball Soup; Bitter Greens and Citrus Salad; Red Wine Braised Brisket; Apple and Walnut Charoset; Potato Kugel; and Coconut and Chocolate Macaroons.

The meal feeds 4 people and comes with FREE Postmates delivery or curbside pickup ($200). Orders can be placed until April 7 and picked up until April 8th at 3 p.m.

Keep it classic with an “Easter by Patina” meal. The menu features Appetizers like Classic Deviled Eggs; a Centerpiece of Maple Glazed Ham or an Herb-Roasted Leg of Lamb; Parker House Rolls with Vermont Butter straight from the oven; and sides like Yukon Potato Gratin, Spring Asparagus, and more. There’s also a Carrot Cake for Dessert and additional sweet add-on’s like DIY Easter Cookie Kits ($25).

Pick up is available April 11th or 12th at Nick + Stef’s Steakhouse; Ray + Stark’s Bar; or Tangata Restaurant (Santa Ana). The cost is $120 for 4 or $190 for 8. Place your order here.

Bring home the bubbly with your choice of 3 different Easter packages from Castaway! Prices start at just $20 a person and include Herb Crusted Salmon; New Zealand Rack of Lamb; or Filet Mignon and sides like Spring Vegetable Fricasse and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. For dessert, you get both Tiramisu and Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce.

Ready for the icing on the cake? Wine and Beer are all 50% including Chandon for just $35.

Grab a healthy Easter meal for 4 starting at just $39 with the Ready to Eat Family Meals from Urban Plates. Menu highlights include one main like Chimichurri grass-fed steak or Cage-Free Chicken; two sides such as Roasted Rosemary Potatoes and Beet Salad with Goat Cheese, and a side of Grilled Rustic Bread.

Finish it all by adding a Hummingbird Cake or Mango Tart for dessert and a bottle of 50% off Wine! Delivery is available via DoorDash or you can choose Curbside No Contact Pickup. The restaurant will be open on Easter Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
