I go to a lot of tastings and invariably get asked how I manage to eat out all the time and still look pretty good. Now I’m not a size OO by any means, but I eat without restriction when I’m out and don’t kill myself when I’m at home with diet and exercise because of the 21 Day Food Writer’s Diet.

Now maybe you’re thinking, wow this girl is truly full of herself. And if that’s the case then you can just click away from this article. But I’d like to assure you this is coming from a place of full transparency and humbleness after finally finding a solution that works following decades of body discomfort.
So why am I qualified to share anything?
Let’s get this out of the way: I’m not a dietician or a nutritionist and am “technically” not qualified in any way! However, I am someone who eats food for a living and weighs less than I did in my 20’s even after having had a baby!!
This 21 Day Food Writer’s Diet is something I’ve developed after almost 10 years of food writing, and for 5 of them, I have been in the best shape of my life!
Wouldn’t you rather take a food LOVER’S advice about how to keep the weight off?
