September also happens to be Bourbon Heritage Month, and one of my favorite ways to enjoy it is with Bourbon Barrel Aged Wine. 1000 Stories Wines is the originator of the aging process, which uses Bourbon Barrels to age only the finest selection of their crop. The one to try from them is the 1000 Stories Zinfandel.
