Mother Plucker (Beverly Grove)
Mother Plucker is the newest vegan chicken shop to hit the streets of Los Angeles, and you’re invited to taste test it for yourself.
The menu currently features Tenders, Fries, and Slaw, but Wings and Sandwiches are the next iterations. If you’re a fan of Mr. Charlie’s, then you’ll be pleased to know they both get their “chicken” from TiNDLE, a plant-based startup, and Mother Plucker is run by Adam Weiss of Honeybee Burger. John Salley, a former NBA star and champion for veganism, is also an investor.
Hours are 11:11 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. The address is 345 North La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90036, and there is free parking downstairs.
Fastfoodlegend (Melrose Hill)
Fastfoodlegend made a name for himself on TikTok making food art using an excessive amount of sauces and putting googly eyes on burgers. While you might be rolling your googly eyes right now, over a billion people have watched these videos. So now you can eat like a TikTok Star too.
The restaurant is take-out only and sells just three branded items: the fastfoodlegend™ Legendary Burger ($15.98), Extra fastfoodlegend™ Legendary Sauce ($5.98), and V8 Vegetable Juice ($3.95). The burgers come with instructions on how to assemble them and a smock to help with clean-up because things get very saucy.

Hours are 9 a.m. till 11:30 p.m. most days, and they’re closed on Monday.
